BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS
Cut to desired size and remove excess skin from the sides of the thighs. In a mixing bowl, drizzle 1 tbsp oil on chicken and rub in a generous amount of K's Spice Palace Chicken Seasoning.
Place pieces close together in a cast iron skillet with skin facing down. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Bake chicken for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven, flip pieces over and bake for a few more minutes until golden brown or to your liking.
