Store seasonings and spices in airtight containers and keep them in a cool, dark, and dry place.to maximize their flavor and shelf life. Use clean, dry utensils when measuring seasonings and spices to avoid moisture from entering the container, which can cause caking and spoilage.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or partially used items due to the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to food safety.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 10 days of your purchase so we can address the issue and determine a satisfactory solution.

Orders are packed fresh to ensure the best quality and delivery and are usually shipped 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
