K's Spice Palace Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at kspseasonings.com. Please see the following information regarding our shipping policies.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped and a tracking number will become available within 48 hours.

 

 

Free standard shipping is available for orders $75 and over within the contiguous US. Shipping charges for orders under this amount are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. Different rates may apply if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and the Virgin Islands. Please note UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

We currently only ship international to Canada and your order may be subject to customs duties and sales taxes which are the customer's responsibility. 

Our products are securely packaged in air-tight packets and bottles to maintain freshness and we take great care to ensure they arrive intact. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if your package is confirmed delivered, but is not received.

To prevent damage while in transit, all orders are shipped in sturdy, appropriately sized boxes with cushioning material.

If you received a damaged package, please contact the carrier with photos of the damage to file a claim. We may be able to assist you if you contact us via email within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage. 

Please contact us if your package is lost in transit. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been delivered to the address you provided.

Refunds and Condition

Please contact us immediately, no longer than 10 days of receiving your order to report incorrect, damaged or defective items in your order. Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Opened or partially used items cannot be returned due to the nature of our products. ​​A refund will be made to your original payment method excluding shipping costs. 

Exchanging an item for another may be considered based on our company's discretion.

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return and follow the return instructions.
